Peer Support Program Community Engagement Coordinator
Elizabeth started her career in marketing and communications, but becoming a mom sparked a passion for supporting other families during their perinatal experiences. She provided direct support to hundreds of parents as a birth doula and lactation consultant before switching gears to public health to try to improve access to care for every family. She has a special interest in parents’ and children’s mental health, and she’s thrilled to join PSI in building stronger support networks for families. In her spare time she loves to curl up with a mystery novel, visit a museum, or go adventuring with her family. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, three kids, numerous household pets, and a rotating cast of foster kittens.
