
Alyson Day
Alyson Day is an International Coaching Federation-certified coach who guides individuals through significant life transitions. With a focus on meaningful decision-making, Alyson supports clients navigating the arrival of new babies, returning to work, children moving out of the house, medical issues, grief, and loss.
Passionate about maternal health, Alyson is certified in perinatal mental health care and actively facilitates groups through Postpartum Support International, addressing perinatal mental health disorders and pregnancy and infant loss. Additionally, as a certified birth doula and consultant for the Black Futures Initiative for Perinatal Health, she advocates for Black maternal healthcare, collaborating with state legislators to advance maternal health reform.
Alyson earned her MBA from Portland State University and a BS in Communications from New York University. She is currently in the Mental Health and Wellness graduate program at NYU and plans to focus her counseling work on postpartum mental health.
Based in Portland, Oregon, Alyson enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring the vibrant local food scene with her two daughters.
