Bryony Crain is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and facilitator of peer support groups through Postpartum Support International. Bryony has been a counselor since 2008, but became particularly interested in perinatal mental health after her own experience of birth trauma during the birth of her daughter in 2016. Since then, Bryony has supported many parents struggling with various aspects of the transition to parenthood, and has earned her Certification in Perinatal Mental Health through PSI. Bryony lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, Biscuit and Waffles.
