
Patience Riley, NCC, LPC
Patience Riley is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Nebraska who is certified in perinatal mental health. In addition, 200 HR RYT, RPYT, and Retain Parental Leave Coach. Patience has close to 15 years of experience and is currently in private practice, where she offers individual therapy, yoga, and speaks on mental health topics.
Patience has spoken for organizations such as The Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance, the Service Women Action Network, and was an expert guest on The Wall Street Journal Podcast. Additionally, she’s lent her expertise to publications like Vogue Singapore, Vanity Fair London, Izzy & Liv, and Military Families Magazine. Patience has also contributed pieces to the #HowRightNow campaign with the Center for Disease Control, Military Spouse Magazine, and Mantra Wellness Magazine.
In addition to her work as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Patience is the Communications Manager for the Alliance for People of Color, PSI Support Group Leader, PSI GA Board Member, and GA Perinatal Task Force Member.
Outside of her work within the mental health field, Patience is a creative, foodie, plant mom, lover of live music, wife to her college sweetheart, military spouse, and mom of two little boys.
