P. Nicole Taylor MD
Dr. Phyliss Nicole Taylor is a psychiatrist specializing in perinatal mental health. She works at the North Florida South Georgia VA Health Systems Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Jacksonville, FL and is affiliated with the University of Florida, Jacksonville, providing clinical supervision for psychiatry residents. She is certified in general psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and received her perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International in September 2018. She has a BS in Psychology from Duke University in Durham, NC and earned her MD from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN.
