
Katie Au, MD (she/her)
Dr. Katie Au (she/her) is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Au specializes in general Ob/Gyn and has particular interests in family-centered obstetric care, breastfeeding medicine, cervical cancer screening and prevention, trauma-informed care, and perinatal trauma. She is a founder and Co-Director of the OHSU Perinatal Trauma clinic, an innovative interdisciplinary clinic focused on helping patients at high risk for perinatal PTSD. She is also an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and
also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Mothers Milk Bank. Dr. Au also teaches medical students and Ob/Gyn residents and enjoys learning from the next generation of physicians.
Dr. Au received her MD at Dartmouth Medical School and completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at OHSU. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and coaching youth volleyball and basketball. She lives in Portland, OR with her husband and two children.
