PANDSI
PANDSI provides support, information and referral services to women and their families who are affected by depression in pregnancy or after the birth of a baby (perinatal depression). The support services include regular telephone support, facilitated group support, exercise support, yoga evening support group, one-on-one client meetings, partners’ information groups and playgroups. PANDSI also undertakes community and health professional education.
