Help for Perinatal Individuals

Studies show that 1 in 5 may experience perinatal depression or anxiety. Other Perinatal Mental Health conditions that may affect a perinatal individual include Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar, and Perinatal Psychosis. You can learn more about each of these here.

It is important to know that you are not alone, and that Perinatal Mental Health conditions are treatable.

Online Support Groups led by trained PSI facilitators,  will connect you with other parents and provide helpful tools and resources. We offer over 50 online support groups.

This program thoughtfully matches individuals recovering from Perinatal Mental Health Disorders with trained volunteers who have lived through and recovered from similar experiences, fostering a safe, supportive, and trusting peer-to-peer environment.

Join our weekly call and talk with a PSI expert about symptoms, resources, treatment options and more. There is no need to pre-register or give your name. These sessions are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals and open to anyone with questions and concerns.
