Many in the PSI community — and in your local community — may be impacted by the national crisis surrounding the cancellation of SNAP program funding and the rising costs of healthcare.
PSI is here for you.
We want to remind you that PSI is here to provide FREE Perinatal Mental Health services for pregnant, postpartum, and post-loss individuals – in English and Spanish. If you need mental health support, call or text the PSI Helpline at 1-800-944-4773. You can also explore our peer support programs on postpartum.net and through the Connect by PSI app, including online support groups, peer mentor program, Facebook groups, and the Provider Directory.
Our team has compiled a list of resources for Mental Health, Food Support, Housing, Rent and Utilities that you may find valuable. You can review the list here and share with your community.
There is no health care without mental health care. BUT, we cannot deny that there is no health without the ability to feed, care for, and nourish yourself and your family.
If you are not affected and/or want to help, contact your local food banks, charities, and diaper banks to ask how you can best support them.
Finally, consider donating to PSI. Help us continue meeting the growing need for free perinatal mental health support. Your donation to PSI directly helps provide support for parents and families.
